Stena Clyde Helideck Delivered in Record Time

In May, HAL successfully delivered the Stena Clyde helideck in Keppel Fels yard in under 30 days, which is an amazing expedited delivery record.

HAL received an enquiry from Keppel Fels in mid April to supply the aluminium helideck package for Stena Clyde which required an expedited delivery of 1 month. At first, it seemed to be an impossible lead time; however, the HAL team was able to propose a solution to fulfill the client’s expectation. HAL was awarded the contract from Keppel Fels on 22 April and started the project implementation immediately. The scope of supply for this project including engineering design, supply of material and assemble for a 22.2 standard aluminium helideck pancake, Circle and “H” marking lighting system, helideck lighting system, helideck marking painting and background painting.

With the great team work, formidable experience and professional staff of the company, HAL was able to deliver this expedited project on time. The aluminium helideck pancake was lifted on board on 16 May 2015.
